I didn’t either until now, and I’m glad I discovered it as my current health insurance doesn’t cover prescription medication costs for myself. I am thankful that my ex-husband has to carry health insurance on our kids to help offset those costs, although I am upset that Walgreens does not participate with Express Scripts now.
For $10 a year, a family membership in Walgreens Prescription Savings Club will cover everyone in your immediate family, including your spouse, your dependents ages 22 and younger and even your pets! Individuals, such as myself, can join for only $5 per year. You can join the Prescription Savings Club membership risk free. If you don’t save more than the cost of your membership during the course of the year of your membership, then they will refund you the difference!

You no longer need to wait until the paperboy delivers the newspaper on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to preview all of the Black Friday ads for 2011. You can already view most of the the ads online to plan ahead! Be sure to make a list that includes the exact item/s you want from what store/s and what time the sale starts (so you can arrange to hit the earliest sale first and so on). And if all else fails, shop online like I plan to do! Every Black Friday, you’ll see me shopping from the comfort of my home, avoiding the crowds and getting the same deals online with free shipping to my door!
