While you read this, I will be on the beach in sunny Florida, toes in the water, arse in the sand (Zac Brown Band reference)… But I’ll have my iPad along so I can still shop online! And in case you missed all the 2011 Black Friday deals, never fear as almost all online merchants are offering Cyber Monday deals today that in fact better deals! Here’s my top ten picks of the online stores that you’ll find me shopping at:

I know many of my friends (and even my family members who I haven’t trained yet) are standing in long lines outside department stores waiting to get the best deals starting at midnight on Black Friday. Not me! I’m shopping from the comfort of my warm house
in my pajamas! Whatever you are shopping for, I can almost guarantee that you can find the same item online for the same price, if not less.
For instance, if you saw something in the Target or Walmart Black Friday Ads that caught your eye, chances are that you can buy it online directly from Target.com and/or Walmart.com right now! And that applies to a high percentage of retailers, as the majority of them now have online shopping capabilities. Here’s the list of stores that we list deals for.
Is that store out of stock? Never fear, as I’m a big fan of “online only” merchants. Without an actual store presence, they have less overhead (many even drop ship so don’t even inventory), therefore they can then offer lower prices! And most stores offer free shipping to have your gifts delivered to your (or the recipient’s) doorstep for free! My top six favorite online stores are:
If you know exactly what you are looking for (i.e. the model number of a specific camera), then I suggest you search for that model number via a price comparison website like PriceGrabber or Bizrate (search box added below) that will compare prices for that item across various websites to find you the lowest price!

You no longer need to wait until the paperboy delivers the newspaper on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to preview all of the Black Friday ads for 2011. You can already view most of the the ads online to plan ahead! Be sure to make a list that includes the exact item/s you want from what store/s and what time the sale starts (so you can arrange to hit the earliest sale first and so on). And if all else fails, shop online like I plan to do! Every Black Friday, you’ll see me shopping from the comfort of my home, avoiding the crowds and getting the same deals online with free shipping to my door!
