Too Many Girls in this Momma’s House
I survived the birthday bash last weekend, but both my mom and I (she helped with it) decided that next year, we are allowing the twins to have separate parties with separate friends invited. She can take one, and I’ll take the other (ie one to the movies and the other bowling). Reason being, one of the twins is more dominant and “rules the roost” whereas the other twin just goes along for the ride (like letting her sister pick the guest list). It has always been that way, and I feel sorry for the latter. So, we thought that way she can pick exactly what she wants to do and who she wants to invite without her sister saying she can’t “or else”.
And next year, I don’t think I will allow an “all-nighter”. That was too much for me. My three girls is enough whining and bickering that I don’t need that three- or four-fold.
