You guys are in for a treat, because Karyn has been sharing more mouth-watering recipes with me! This old fashioned beef and noodles over mashed potatoes recipe is full “carb on carb comfort food” that everyone is sure to savor.

Beef & Noodles on Mashed Potatoes

This old fashioned beef and noodles over mashed potatoes recipe is full “carb on carb comfort food” that everyone is sure to savor.

Instructions

    1. Place meat in bottom of Dutch oven on medium-high heat.
    2. Sear the meat on all sides.
    3. Mix soups and packets together
    4. Add 4 cups of water to Dutch oven and stir well
    5. Cover and slow cook on low heat 2-3 hours OR transfer to 275 degree oven and back for 2-3 hours.
    6. Approximately 30 minutes before serving, preapre the frozen egg noodles according to package directions
    7. Add Kitchen Bouquet sauce, mushrooms and noodles to the meat and gravy mixture.
    8. Simmer on low heat on the stove top until ready to serve.
    9. Delicious served over mashed potatoes.

Oh my this looks incredible! I can feel myself getting fatter just looking at it but sometimes you just need some good 'ole comfort food! Gotta try this soon.
