I made a super simple pork chop recipe this week. I combined two different ideas I saw on Facebook, and came up with this. My husband normally hates crockpot food, but he LOVED this! The kids did too!!! No leftovers!!! Most tender pork chop I have ever eaten!!!

  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Place potato chunks in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Place carrots on top of potatoes.
  3. Place pork chops over vegetables, with onion slices between layers and top of the meat.
  4. Whisk together the soups, ranch mix and milk. Pour soup mixture over meat.
  5. Cook on low for 8-9 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.
  6. Add salt and pepper as desired before serving.

Variation: Use 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts in place of Pork Chops.
