From Kim: My girls love fettuccini alfredo, so I was excited to see this homemade recipe for 15-Minute Cream Fettuccini Alfredo Recipe from Karyn! She found this new recipe in her local newspaper, The Observer.

- 8 oz. fettuccini, cooked and drained
Instructions
In large saucepan, stir together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, margarine (or butter) and milk over low heat until smooth (approximately 5 minutes). Add fettuccini; toss lightly.

Karyn served the fettuccini alfredo with grilled chicken breasts, a nice salad and some sauteed zucchini. It looks delicious, and I bet it tastes better than alfredo sauce from a can!
