Now that fall is upon us, garden season is almost over. But let's try to hold on to summer a bit longer with some great picnic food! Karyn shared her creamy cucumbers recipe that makes a great addition to tavern burgers (her recipe coming soon). - 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/4 of small sweet Vidalia onion
- 3 to 5 fresh cucumbers

- Combine sour cream and Ranch dressing; mix well.
- Finely chop onion.
- Peel and evenly slice cucumbers.
- Gently fold all together and refrigerate. Keeps for several days, even up to a week or longer. You can continue to add cucumbers to any remaining sauce as your cucumbers ripen.
