Lemon Drop Cookie Recipe
Lemon Drop Cookie Ingredients
- Lemon cake mix (any brand)
- Cool Whip (or any brand whipped topping)
- 1 egg
- Powdered sugar
Lemon Drop Cookie Directions
Mix cake mix, thawed whipped topping and egg (mixture will be sticky).
Drop balls of mixture into bowl of powdered sugar. Roll until coated and place on pan.
Bake for 9 minutes at 350 degrees until edges are slightly brown. Bake longer if you don’t like gooey cookies (I do).
Variation: Can use different flavors of cake mixes (chocolate is good, too).
Tip: Tap off extra powdered sugar before eating so you don’t inhale the powdered sugar and start coughing (lesson learned the hard way).
