I’m real disappointed. Progressive leasing qualified me for a loan to purchase a phone at best buy. Progressive leasing got the payment from my bank but best buy canceled my order. Makes no sense took my payment and my order then canceled. Took my money right away, then why can’t they put it back in right away. I really had my heart set on this phone I was so excited when I qualified and told my order is being processed. Imagine how I felt when the rug was ripped out from under me the next morning, getting an email saying my order was cancel. And no explanation of why. Contacted customer support, I want their job, get paid to tell you to go to store. Why have a website stating online shopping if I have to go to store to complete your order. I got approved for $2,775 to shop at Wayfair but at checkout progressive leasing didn’t pop up as an option, spent almost an hour on hold on the phone to even speak to anyone from Progressive Leasing and then when I finally got to she verified that yes I was approved and have an active lease waiting for me to shop Wayfair and tried many diff things but in the end I couldn’t get what I wanted from Wayfair b/c of this stupid glitch! My child was very disappointed b/c he couldn’t get his lift bed with a slide that I had already told him he would get when I got my approval!
